Finding Purpose in a Life of Gratitude- With Blake Fly

This episode is a special one and a different twist than my other episodes on my podcast. In this episode I sit down with Blake Fly, a motivational speaker and purpose-driven entrepreneur and we talk about living in a state of gratitude and mindfulness and how easily it can be applied to every day life. Blake has dedicated his life to introducing this value to students in college and business professionals to remind people of the importance of appreciating every moment and to make the most of them. The authenticity and gratitude that Blake displays in this episode and in his life are qualities that I cherish and are the foundation upon which I created this podcast and so this interview was an especially enjoyable one for me- enjoy!

Alexa Carlin is a sought-after speaker on women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. She is the founder of the Women Empower Expo (WEX) which is the largest event for female entrepreneurs on the East coast, where women can support each other, find funding, and connect with other like-minded individuals. She started her entrepreneurial ventures when she was only 17 years old, but at the age of 21, she went into septic shock, was induced into a medical coma and was given a one-percent chance of living. Alexa fought to defy the odds and used her near-death experience as a sign that she was meant to impact others in a bigger way.
